Have you ever met your neighbors? Most people haven’t. Common Agency made a new online tool designed to revolutionize the way our communities connect. The problem? It wasn’t working as expected. BLUE CROSS BLUE SHIELD OF MICHIGAN
BCBSM identified a need to expand beyond their traditional role as a payor. We were tasked with a historic undertaking - comb through massive amounts of internal data, leverage internal subject matter experts, and conduct research with members to grasp a fresh understanding of what it means to be healthy and well. The goal: create a set of strategic experience framing tools to inform decades of changes to come.
