About
    Roger Barber

Experience architect shaping products, teams, and systems with multifaceted industry experiences.

    Roger Barber

    Design thinking meets systems thinking.

I'm Roger, a designer, researcher, and information architect that plans and builds people-centered solutions. My non-traditional design background, a career full of serving customers across many industries, empowers me to think deeply through the eyes of others while creating world-class experiences through design.

Combined with a full spectrum background in product - strategy, research, design, and development - I've led projects that bridge the gap between user needs and business goals. My approach balances data-driven research with exploratory design thinking to create functional, beautiful, and actually useful things.

Beyond the screen, I find inspiration in nature, architecture, good food, and healthy living, which influences my naturally functional and minimal design ethos. My dream is to make the world an easier, kinder place to be - for all of us.
